It's always a good day when I get to take photos of people or horses.  When I can do both, like at rodeos, well, then it's extra special. Today I got to get some farm fresh eggs and take some great horse photos and meet a some very nice folks.

I was able to buy some farm fresh eggs and photograph some very cool horses at the same time.
As I was driving by - I'd been by this ranch several time but horses generally were in the paddock further back - I stopped and stood on the opposite side of the road leaning against the car with my camera.  And of course the curious beast that they are, the five of them, immediately came up to the fence.  So, I walked over and chatted a bit.  They didn't all understand that it was easier for me to photograph them further away.  But all were looking for snacks.  It was dangerous for me to put my hand in my pocket. 🙂  That's where snacks reside.

After taking a few photos I drove up the drive hoping to take some more photos and buy some eggs. I was more successful with the eggs.  Got chatting with another photographer and there went everything.
